About Kristen Grella, LMT

No body is the same, nor is every massage. With over 20 years experience, Kristen brings forth a philosophy that integrates spirituality, anatomy, kinesiology and intuitive bodywork. She believes in a deep mind-body connection and develops custom massage therapy for each individual.
Kristen is uniquely talented. Her formal education began at University of Scranton where she earned her degree in Psychology. Shortly after she became a Master in Reiki, truly incorporating the mind-body connection that led her to getting her LMT certification at the Florida School of Massage in Gainesville, Florida.
For the last 20 years, Kristen has completed many different trainings and gained experience all over the world. She has spent the majority of her professional career as a massage therapist in Western Massachusetts and the island of Martha’s Vineyard.
Whether it’s an hour of relaxation or a comprehensive journey of bodywork, Kristen’s expertise creates the foundation for longevity, for every body.

Kristen offers a wide range of massage therapy & bodywork. She is a mobile massage therapist meaning she comes to the client, providing her services in their home at their leisure. Pricing varies as does her comprehensive offerings.
